The predecessor of the company, Deqing Sanqiao New Trade Company, was established in 1992. In 2001, it jointly established Deqing Shuhua Foam Seating Co., Ltd. with Hong Kong Dod Trade Company. It is a Zhejiang technology-based enterprise that integrates R&D, production, and sales of gaming chairs, office chairs, leisure chairs, outdoor furniture, and other indoor and outdoor health seating products, as well as memory foam pillows and back support health care products.
In 2021, Xinying Intelligent Home Technology (Deqing) Co., Ltd. was newly built. The production area is over 51,000 square meters. According to the needs of industrial development, standardized factory hardware facilities were constructed. Automated powder coating production lines were introduced; modern sheet metal professional equipment and assembly production lines were equipped; polyurethane production lines under high pressure were set up; and full-function detection equipment was provided. The company has an annual production capacity of 10 million shaped foam cushions and approximately 1.25 million chairs. It attaches great importance to product technology research and development and the improvement of technical level. It has established technical cooperation relationships with research institutions and established a collaborative innovation mechanism with customers. It continuously attracts various talents, laying a solid foundation for the improvement of the company's product technology and quality.

The car seats have passed the national mandatory product inspection and the CCC certification. The sponge and pillows have passed the SGS certification for meeting the new fire resistance and environmental protection standards in both the UK and the US.
